Key Responsibilities:
 Routine Maintenance & Repairs: Perform daily maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure everything is running smoothly.
⚡ Preventative Maintenance: Implement proactive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of critical systems and prevent costly downtime.
 Emergency Repairs: Respond to urgent repair needs quickly, ensuring systems are restored and meet performance standards.
 Safety & Compliance: Regularly inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
 Workspace Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
✔️ 4-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
✔️ Universal CFC certification preferred but not required.
✔️ Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and handle other physically demanding tasks.
✔️ Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
✔️ A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and teamwork.
