Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction (High Voltage & 30MW)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in data center construction, specializing in high-voltage systems and 30MW projects. If you’re an expert at managing complex builds, collaborating with contractors, and delivering on time and on budget, this is your next big opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:
 Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of data center projects, from planning and design to construction and commissioning.
 Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring project scope is met and materials are procured.
 High-Voltage Expertise: Oversee installation of high-voltage electrical systems for data centers (up to 30MW) and ensure seamless integration with cooling and HVAC systems.
 GC Coordination: Work closely with General Contractors to keep projects on track with quality, timelines, and budget.
 Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify risks, manage changes, and keep the project moving smoothly.
 Clear Communication: Regular updates, meetings, and reports to keep all stakeholders aligned.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5-10 years of experience in managing large-scale data center projects with high-voltage electrical systems.
✔️ Strong knowledge of 30MW data centers, HVAC, electrical, and cooling systems.
✔️ Proven success in both Owner’s Rep and General Contractor roles.
✔️ Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks effectively.
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points:
✔️ Experience with multi-site data center projects.
✔️ Proficiency in project management software.
