- Cultivating positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction process.
- Evaluating and managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, implementing effective change management processes to minimize disruptions and delays.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including progress reports, financial records, and other project-related documentation as required.
